Hi, on closer inspection it turns out our email provider has been bought and abruptly shut down outgoing emails on their end.

We're getting this fixed ASAP, I'll put an update here and on http://faf.statuspage.io/ when it's fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!

That what SHEEO replayed to my email:

"Password emails are being sent out as expected, please try again at leave up to 24 hours for the email to arrive."

It been more then 24 h and still don't get any email...

It seems that game's mail service is screwed.
I reported similar issue (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12344) about missing email. And found another one issue related password resetting viewtopic.php?f=3&t=12346

Hi guys, I forgot my password and i cant recover it.
When Im trying to recover i get the message:
Password Recovery

(error status= none )

Thank you. An email has been sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

BUT I don't get any email...
