do you have antivirus / firewall / internet security suit installed ? are you using internet from university or another instituition ?

I'm getting this error when I log on to FAF:

"Your outbound traffic appears to be blocked. Try restarting FAF. If this error persists please contact a moderator and send your logs. We are already working on a solution to this problem."

Logs attached. Any solutions?
