the solution is :

Clear TEMP folder, using Windows Disk Cleanup, it might require some tweaking , if the first atempt fails, follow this article :

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/36924/why-doesnt-disk-cleanup-delete-everything-from-the-temp-folder/

after that check if TMP folder is empty by pressing Windows Key + R, and typing
Code:
%TEMP%

uninstall FAForever using control panel

save your replays files from
Code:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\replays

delete folder
Code:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever

install new FAF version using instaler obtained from here :
https://github.com/FAForever/client/releases

like I mentioned, if you are runing windows 10 please send me a message, I would like some logs

I tried wiping everything using revo uninstall, and tried running it as administrator. Both failed.
I had the client working about half a year ago, and this occurred when I tried to start it after a long period of not playing the game.
Could anyone help? Or atleast direct me in the general direction of things to try?
