There seemed to have been a bug with new players unable to get ladder games, it should be fixed now though. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11824&p=120902#p120902
If you still cant get a ladder game let me know.

Hi! I'm completely new to FAF, and would have liked to jump straight into action, but couldn't. It appears, I can't enter ladder games, because the launcher just keeps loading infinitely. Please help, this looks like an awesome way to play Forged Alliance, and i'd love to join in on the action.
