FAF installer 515 took > 30 mins to uninstall and install

after installing FAF wanted a new installation... Installation normally takes about 30 sec. on previous versions. Something very wrong on installer. Also 516 installer seems to take ages. 10 mins already gone and uninstaller not even nearly finished.

reported that to the bug list.
