Lobby acting up: Symptoms

Recently FAF lobbies have been giving incorrect connection info, and even though I see nils, the game can start fine. Also, sometimes the host leaves the lobby and the lobby doesn't close. And sometimes there is 'xx' where the player ping should be.

Want to be sure that the devs know about these issues, and if I am supposed to report a lobby related bug, when is the right time to do so? During the lobby? After the game?
