It's a new "feature".
Someone wanted the option to show all the enemy civilian building on the map at the start of the game. In order to do that, they briefly ally the civilian army then un-ally it. That code runs after (it should be run before) the survival map script that sets the civilian alliances. The net effect is that all civilian armies end up being enemies of the human players.
Turn off the "Reveal Civilians" lobby option and it should work correctly. Setting civilians to neutral should fix the color problem and it might also fix the other issue (I only tested the Reveal Civilians option).Statistics: Posted by Duck_42 — 30 Oct 2015, 02:40
