-you need to manually place the file in your replay file et launch it with the faf client GUI.

with the auto-launch: init_ladder1v1.lua seems to failed producing a wrong path

Also, the vault is now saving fafreplay instead of scfareplay. If you link fafreplay to faforever.exe, they will auto-launch.

Can you check the correctness of the replay ? If it's correct, then the problem is not in the "receiving and merging fluxes" part but on the "sending to listeners" one.
