Ah okay should be fixed in the Portal and Client, both Links are outdated.

I'm not sure what point you to that link but if I use the password/username retrieve button from the client I am sent here: http://app.faforever.com/faf/forgotPass.php. If there is a broken link some place please report it so someone can fix it.
