Avatar system isn't working anymore

I tried to upload an new avatar but look ureself what happend:

Visionik, Legion and i tried it but we can only see a white/blank field, you can have a look at "The Arm Commander". That's the last one i uploaded and if someone can fix this i would also like to delete some avatars.
