Supreme Commnander Update error

Greetings, I'm new on the forums, was playing FAF a while back, and I decided to play it again. However, when I tried to start up my own session, I got this error. Here is what it said:

I don't know what that means. I asked a friend, and he doesn't know. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank-you in advance.

Edit: I just reinstalled it, and it said I'm missing some kind of .dll, anyone know what that might be?
