It's a known bug and it's going to be fixed next patch, along with all the other Torpedo Defences and Sonar affected in a similar manner. Ze_PilOt - It's not really elegant, but it was the only way I could figure out for getting it to work. The elegant solution is to have a modeller open up each unit's model and insert a brand-new bone which will be above the surface of the water, but I've had no volunteers from among the modellers I know of.

There is very little chances that it will be included in a patch if it is not in the bitbucket account.

Also the patch was to raise every torperdoes slightly above water. Not really elegant, it should be investigated further.

I don't see it on the changelog that was posted by IceDreamer for patch 3635, so I think nobody looked at this yet?

it is already known and will most likely gonna be fixed in next patch
as well as ton of similar issues
