I have had this 2-3 times that neither score nor replay is not reported after a ranked 1 vs 1 game despite having a stable connection:
and from experience i am pretty sure my opponent also left through score button.

I found this in my logs:

would it show this if i had lost connection to server?

edit: the replay appears in the vault now but its listed without a winner and score is unaffected.
