I got a workaround by extracting the SCD files into faforever.nxt. I haven't tried extracting to a mods folder in the installation directory or My Documents yet, though if there's a checksum on the .nxt file now, I'll have to try that.

Supreme Commander Music Mod

I have the .scd version of the mod that adds vanilla's music to FA. The mod no longer works. I cannot activate it in mod manager. The log has a single warning about the file, stating that the .scd is "not safe," even though I used it with no issues before. Anyone else experiencing this?
