In the case described above, it was not that the last one disconnecting took so long. This game duration was shown right after the game was finished. The jpeg was made at 15:23 yesterday. 19 hours had not passed yet.

and system chooses last player who left game, to send his replay in vault, only thing that can be changed is time calculation, but i have no idea about this and how you can do that

also if you pause game, time still counts, and i think if you lag whole game, replay time kinda shows real time in game, maybe that is key to fixing that problem

Replay desyncs, first time at beat 22554, +- minute 37:30, shortly after a bad disconnect (where you get an eject screen because the player that disconnected was not seen as disconnected by all yet).
