i hate windows 8 so much thats what i get for upgrading i gues so dumb had alot of mods before windovs 8 never thsi oriblem an you were right the link helped

I see the problem now.
Your WinRAR has taken over the .msi file extension. That is generally not a good thing, as it can break a lot of things.

There are a few possible solutions:
1) Look in the options for WinRAR, if you can set/reset/unset the file associations
2) Uninstall WinRAR, and if you reinstall, don't select to set it to all file extensions
3) A quick search brought me to this website: How to Restore Default File Extension Type Associations in Windows 8 and 8.1

Did you download the file I linked to?
Download this: http://users.edpnet.be/zepilot/FAForeverLobby-0.10.109.msi

Then right click on that file, and choose "Install".

If that does not work, please post a screenshot of the downloaded file and the right click menu.

there is only open no instal that whats i been asking do i need to run it in sertain program or what help me here no need to talk about how shity mine typing is

Right click the link to the installer -> click "save as...", click ok, and let it download.
Then go to the file and right click it, then choose "Install".

If that does not work, your Windows is not working correctly.

well sory if english isint mine even second language. um problem is i cant instal it it just shows the dowloaded file as zip file and i cant use it anyway only unzip the file i downloaded is there somebody that could help me?

Please try to write full, clear sentences.

You do not need a .zip file to access the game or lobby.
Here is the installer for the FAF-lobby: http://users.edpnet.be/zepilot/FAForeverLobby-0.10.109.msi

If for any reason your .zip Program opens when you execute this file, you can right click it and choose "Install".
(In that case your Windows file associations are messed up. I'd consult the Internet on how to fix this if I were you.)

If you want to install a mod, you can do it from the mod vault in the lobby.
