real thanks,but how to reboot?as i tried to play with the firewall closed,should i close the antivirus too?

Hey every1 ,this is my first post as i joined recently,i got a problem:when i play the game and it always crashes and i loose every match, it crashes when i am only on the chat tab, so and some times when launching the game i get a tab where says that it cannot bind port 12000 and port 12001 on TCP and i may have problems if i don't solve the problem,so i would like to know what should i do.
P.S.:I am sorry if wrote something wrong or have to give more info, say pls if i have to provide additional info.
