Bottlenecks and game freezes

We just had a game that suddenly locked up for no apparent reason. Everyone could also still chat with everyone else. Reading the forever.log (attached) bottlenecks started appearing at 0:18 and stopped when one of the players left the game. Then gameplay resumed. I attached the forever.log of another player as well maybe it will help.
