after my ranked 1v1 i never gained any points

well i played my 1v1 and when i had won i exited through the score screen like you are supposed to do but when i came out i never got the 'victory:.... defeat:.....' and when i checked the live replays my game was still being played by me, but i obviously wasn't playing. i waited for about 2 minutes before the replay had finally gone but i still didn't get any points, i then restarted my FAF and still no change. why did this happen? my logs forver log is attached
