Little background, I just got a new Acer 23" monitor and have it connected via HDMI to my ATI Radeon HD 5850 graphics card, this presented an issue, there was a 1" or so black border on my monitor, so essentially what ever my computer was showing was shrunk and not filling the entire monitor, to fix this I had to mess with the ATI driver to "Overscan" and this has since corrected the issue, well mostly.

Now, current issue, I have tried many games since fixing the above and all have worked great, Supreme Commander does not, when I load this game whether through Steam or FAF the 1" black border returns. I have adjusted SupCom to the appropriate resolution (1920 X 1080) but this does nothing to the border and I cannot perform an auto adjust on the monitor. Any help would be appreciated.
