Look at the replay.

Two easy solutions:

attack move engineers - they will automatically reclaim cloaked selens

groundfire with troops - might be harder to do but its very doable as well

I was playing 1v1 ranked automatch on Fields of Isis. My T1 engineers were unable to build mass extractors or hydro plant to 2nd player's starting location. They took the order, but after few seconds of waiting they lost it and didnt start building anything. I tried many times with many engineers, but only after 10 mins of trying i they started building.
