I've wrote what to do.

Well I tried deleting everything in the cache and when I try to join a game it comes up with some type of faf error. Also how do i delete my maps and mods and reset the prefs?

As this thread is 7 pages long, I want to make sure that :

- You've tried to remove all your mods and maps
- Resetted your prefs (renaming c:\Users\\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\Game.prefs)
- Deleted everything in c:\Users\\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander Forged Alliance\cache.

Youll have to contact HP for there help on this if u cant do what the card is your screwed and what pilot said, unless the right driver unlocks it.

Code:: D3D9 Overlay: Not Supported

FA use overlay a lot. That's probably why you can't run it.

When I downloaded the verification tool it says I have incompatible hardware or software. Your computer does not contain a proper graphics adapter.

Go on the AMD site and the card driver u need is - AMD Radeon HD 6470M

You have to upload the file "DxDiag.txt" so he can see all the information.
