The first player has to capture the building and the trucks shouldn't be given.

Can you confirm that you did neither of that?

I and Swkoll tried the second uef mission; the first time it successfully proceeded to the last stage (eliminate aeon commander) after the trucks were escorted to the science facility (and the cutscene happened)
The second time we did it, after the trucks arrived no cutscene happen and the mission did not proceed to the last stage and the map did not expand.
