Update to ladder map Cobalt Valley

There is a couple of glitches present on the map 'Cobalt Valley - Beta v4', a few mexs aren't quite symmetrical and it is possible to walk on a couple of cliffs, including one leading right on top of the bottom base. I have fixed these problems and uploaded a new version 'Cobalt Valley' to the map vault. It would be great to update it in the pool!

I wish I could do a few modifications to the map but now that it's in the rotation, I'll leave it as it is.
