Resources instantly gone from storage.(Bug)

I just played a ladder game against Anaryl on Canis River. Approximately five minutes into the game I am floating mass and power(fail build order, yell at me later) and decide to go t2 mex. As I click on upgrade I suddenly lose all of the mass in my bar(right around 900) and my energy plummets instantly as well. My GAZ_UI also messes up and doesn't show proper reclaim numbers anymore. It has some text. You can observe all of this in the replay below. Game logs also below.
