For me it seems like that draws are not counted towards ranked anymore?
no idea since when but i noticed it first when i drawed against a ~700 rating player and wondered why my rating was still the same, i tried to force a draw again and there was no rating change (while there should have been one)

First Game (19.5)
StefanD (1670 vs 700)
2nd game (20.)
Brick (1670 vs. ~1740)

dunno if logs can show anything in this case
