You don't lose rating.

You don't win rating and your deviation increase.

edit: I take it back. is ok. But strange nevertheless.

Well, there is nothing in there. The only part partially applicable is
" Meaning that a teammate can gain a lot from a game while you don't gain anything"
but loosing rating while the teams wins is somehow ridiculous.
The games were 4v4 so there was no other party.

Could somebody pls explain me the change in my rating in those two games? I won, yet my rating decreased?
