It looks like you held shift for 7 seconds and windows stickykeys gave that ever so helpful message that interrupted holding shift and overwrote your build order.

Basically, when I use a template in a build order and use patrol after, all items in the build cue are removed and the patrol instigated immediately. There is a funny beep like there is a key jammed on my keyboard but I can find any errors at all.
