Wait, your router IP is 192.168.1.1.

In your port forwarding screenshot, you send all the packets to 192.168.1.1.

It means that your router send all the packet it itself.

Replace 192.198.1.1 by your computer lan IP.

You see all these "sending nat packets" in your logs without any "received nat packet" ?
That's something blocking these packets from reaching FA.

If you look at the other guy log, he never receive any packet from you either.
That means that they are not going past your PC or router.

It's definitively a very nasty firewall or a bad routing setting.

Can you post screenshots of your router settings ?

ok this are other 2 logs...

i removed the firewall from the router but got any changes...i reboot it too

i got this line in the log
