Other replays seems good.
I don't know how works the replay ID, but You can watch any sandbox game with "The_Toaster" playing alone to test bo on seton.
You can also see that his multiplayer replays are working perferctly.
Maybe playing alone, or sandbox is causing the replay's bug ?

I've given my own "mod" folder to my friend. It's something else.

if it's only for your friend, he (most likely) has a not-featured mod enabled that you dont have

Each time I connect on live replay or I watch a replay of a friend of mine playing alone on sandbox, I get a desync.
