your friend need to login on another PC, only the last PC from where somebody logged in is locked

So I got a laptop and wanted to play fa with my friend so i let him use my laptop while I used my Desktop. Apparently now i cannot login on my own account because there is only one account per computer. Does anyone know how to fix this? already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
