Why don't you use your previous accounts ?

If you don't remember your passwords, you can use the password retrieval (in the menu of faforever.com).

Your main -and working- account is Judas21 is you are wondering.

Hello,

I have the same problem as Darkilleur. I cannot log in anymore because of :"Unique ID found for another user. Multiple accounts are not allowed". Could you tell me how to get through it please?
Personnally, I don't care to lose my previous account (Judas2104 or Caca) as long as I can play but for the moment I can't...

Sorry Ze_Pilot but i cant connect to my old account same probleme unique id found
Maybe cause i was in automatic connection with the new account

You can use your old account now. But your new one will be locked

Hi firstly I'm sorry for my bad English level (im french)
I started playing with a first account on windows 7. I did not know the game and suddenly I lost a lot of battle.

I reinstall my pc with windows 8 and I thought I'd create a new account now that I play better.

I succeeded but now I can no longer have to connect to my old account because of a unique ID.

After a lot of research I read that we should not create multiple accounts and to recover the old it was necessary to reset the account.

Could I do this manipulation?
