Hmm well only 5 or 6 teams now so I guess just regular round Robin for like 3 hrs and then go from there.

I am going to make a separate post, but Mozart and I discussed, and it will be 3 hrs - give or take - and then after teams will have a week to set up matches for each round.

I realize a full round Robin could take forever among the 8 teams, but I also would enjoy a set time for streaming.

Okay, so.... had a convo with people. I am going to run the tourney sometime in May after finals and school ends for folks.

The date will be set, and if someone's teammate cannot make it nor bothers to inform of said availability, there can be a substitution; further, if the team simply cannot play, I will invite the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc placed team from the qualifier.

My own, personal availability, is quite poor over the next 5 weeks so it will be some time.

I was attempting to poll what people would prefer, and honestly I'm thinking what Thomas suggests is best. It's upsetting we can't have a tourney day.

Yuri, I did that already, and it would pretty much result in 1 to 3 teams not showing up. How will challonge adapt when just over half the teams are present? It would have group A with 3 teams and group B with 2, which makes for an unfair bias to which group has who.

I'm inclined to use Thomas suggestion. It's more for people to have fun so if that's what you guys like and want, then so be it.
