Yes, and yes.

However like I said, it needs to be at least posted here, and if possible given some time for people to notice, sign up, etc.

where did you announce that you host a tournament? if you just tell your clan/viewers on the channel then that is not sufficient.

After this first tournament is done to that td's satisfaction I will add you to the td group and as long as all tournaments are recorded here and follow this post's rules ( /viewtopic.php?f=26&t=12159 ) avatars will be given out

How do you get people to actually show up for your tourney?

They can sign up via the Tournaments tab, and you can use the forum. Also, ask someone with access to the news page (Gorton/or anyone else) for news updates.
Note: tournaments need to be public.
We can't have people making tournaments that are restricted e.g to only members of one clan or just to a specific sub-community or whatever. They have to be open to everyone, and that means making them accessible, by making a forum post (beforehand) at the very least.

I have a special losers bracket with FFA on crazyrush for losers. For example, today 4 losers from 1st match played FFA on crazyrush, and only one survived. This survivor will move on in losers bracket. And in the end, the surviving loser will fight the winner of the tournament.

I request one avatar for the winner of a loser bracket (all FFA on crazyrush) - King of Faction. Can I get it for my tournament?

I don't mind what you do with your tournament, and i'm certainly willing to (in future) give avatars for such a thing, but you need to ask beforehand.
Not King of Faction, though. That's for actual King of Faction tournaments.

This is my 2nd tournament for medium ranks.
I got 12 players ranked 1000-1600, and it's 1v1 bo1 for 1st round, 1v1 bo3 for other rounds, and 1v1 bo5 finals.
Today we played 1st round live on my stream. 2nd round will be played live on wednesday, 19:00 GMT+3.
