asf spam is horrible, cheap exp pwn all land units, T3 bomber pwn everything, and (t3) sub(hunter) spam wins any naval battle(except against uef). You'd have to be crazy to like fa
I played some vanilla matches the past few days and it has some real advantages over fa, of course overall it has the inferior gameplay and balancing, but some things are (especially in the lategame) better. For example the experimentals FEEL like experimentals, they are much more powerful, but arent rush/spam-able(except you have gone excessive with the massfabs).
- T3 air gets punished hard by t3 aa.
- Imo better faction diversity (also the broadsword is at least 100 times cooler with its slow projectiles)
