The thing with those is that you'd have to know the commands already in order to use them and at that point it's just simpler to ask "how do I message someone?" in chat.

There are people that will always ask even if they have the answer right in front of them. Imo the best way how to try teach them not to ask but look for answers is, not give them answer right away, but either send them link, where they can find answer or tell them where to look for the answer.

That is a part of aeoncommander, I don't have access to it for good reasons.
