It works.https://www.codeweavers.com/ Crossover for OSX is a nice commercially packaged version of WINE. Steam support for lots of Windows specific games. If you can wait a week, I'd check for them to do a black friday sale. Basically it creates a 'bottle' of an operating system, and lets you deploy the application to it. From there it implements the windows API calls. This was one of the only ways I could get the Garman 650 emulator to run. They give a 30 day trial and full price is $60. Great if you need to debug Internet Explorer versions or do any other windows only business apps.

So I fixed my Wine setup on OSX now (FAF crashed on updating, FAF reinstall fixed that for now). Now FA is not saving my settings (yes, I made a profile on the FA vanilla game) so it starts with bad resolution every time I start. Is anyone experiencing the same thing and/or has fixed it?

Since Wine is working for Mac and Linux, it should make no major difference while running Supcom.

OSX is NOT Linux, it's DARWIN which is based upon UNIX.

I got it working quite easily through Wine with that topic. Steam, FA and FAF all work nearly perfectly through Wine.
