The only ones hard to tell really are the arm upgrades for Aeon.

I always figured this was really easy to tell, if ACU looks different and has more hp -> t2/nano depending on hp, no hp? -> gun, back is always easy to see.

you say left/right on the description on the right side of your image. Those left/right are for the order of the different picture of commander.
I was confuse, because i though left/right here meant left arm/right arm.

You may want to change that, so people don't get messed up.

I always found the UEF to be the easiest to tell if they got an arm upgrade, because its design is so simple and square. Does it have the perfect cylinder sticking way out of its right arm? Does it have a claw on its left arm? The arms for the other ACUs are mostly similar to how they look unupgraded, but they're just bigger, or have slightly more things on them. Backpacks are pretty obvious for all ACUs though.

Well just check for visible changes to the enemy acu when you see it.

I have often wondered if the opponent has the gun.

So I decided that since it would only take 10 minutes, I would go and learn this.

Four hours later here is the result....
