The way we currently use them, it would be a concern if you could, so for now the answer is no.

What commandline arguments do you want to add?

How do you add on those parameters since the FAF client start the .exe directly. I'm not sure how to short circuit this to add on my own parameters

you can launch with "/debug" and some more modding related commands,
also with "/init " to launch a featured mod. the init files are located in the /bin folder of the faf install (programdata), example: "/init init_nomads.lua"
