I think he means Steam for communication, if he talks about rating (and tournaments) I'm sure he uses the client to play, just not communicate.

Im 21 year old Dane, looking for a part to spar 2vs2 and eventually attempt the bigger 2vs2 tourneys.
Im looking for people who are easy going will be critical of my play so that we can improve, while being easy going.
