Confirming that CelticSoul is an asshole and should be permanently banned from FAF.
I did a few 1v1's with him and he actually seemed decent ... then one day, he enters as if he never knew me and starts going on about my mother ect. I've also been in a game where Celtic died and refused to leave then slowed it down by downloading.

He curses/spams/trolls in chat , is unfriendly to newbs, ctrl+K's at everything, isn't really -that- good and curses way too much. People like him drive potential players away. AFAIK, he's gotten WAY too many bans and warnings .. a permaban is the only option imo. It's like giving a thief in the real world a slap on the wrist the 18th time he robs a store.

Just ban him. If this is his 4th offense, ban his ass. NO MERCY! He had his chance to be nice, and work things out. From what I heard, FAF is better off without him.

I don't know if mutliple people play with that account or what. Sometimes he's fine and other times he sets out to do nothing but ruin the game.

give him a powers of two Ban: first ban is 1day, then 2, then 4, then 8, then16, and so on by the 8th or 9th ban he is pretty much gone for good.

Maybe we should just give people playing against Celtic a slight advantage. Give them 500 extra mass at the start, buff their ACU so it takes 30% less damage, make everything Celtic builds cost 15% more build time, ...

Hmm. Evidently I didn't know celtic as well as some other players here. I think banning players from FAF, given the small nature of the FA community, is generally a bad idea and should be avoided if at all possible. However, given the extremity of Celtic's behavior, perhaps an exception should be made just for him.

Took me days to write too, it was all poetic and stuff, it was Pulizter winning material.

I see no reason to have him on the server at all. In all the years Ive known rock Ive seen him swear at a player just once... at our friend celtic. Ive seen replays where he LOL'ed at lagging games by starting torrents ( I said this before pavese did but uber was jealous and killed my post ).

The number of times hes been kicked/banned is well into double digits. Goodbye and good riddance to bad rubbish....

I played 2 games with Celtic in it.

First game he whined about balance and i told him to harden up and stop whining. He proceeded to reclaim my factory and ctrl+k in my base.

Second game he refused to leave after he was dead and started a download to lag the game out.

He wont be missed if you ban him.
