Your best option till the fix is ready is build some SCU’s and have them reclaim all the units with personal shields. Since the SCU’s can also have personal shield they will be immune. Set them to hold fire so that it does not disrupt the balance of the map too much.

Units with personal shields are invulnerable at present, due to the way numerous bugs were fixed with personal shields in the actual game, and the way the Coop missions load up the game files. This will be fixed at some point in the future, but it's not a straightforward one I'm afraid

What the actual hell is going down with some units taking absolutely no damage?
Its surrounded to the point that units are standing in a circle around it, and no damage is taken.
On the second map (Dawn) of the FA missions this freakish idiocy costed us more than 2 matches till the point we rage quitted. What the hell is this and how can we resolve it?
