V-sync, AA and all useless options are disabled but I don't think they would make any difference regarding of the UI lag.

I used to have mouse lag in halo 2 and I was just wondering if the solution was the same. http://steamcommunity.com/app/277430/di ... 3441951473

While typing this, ISR sits at 121 µs (dxgkrnl.sys) and DPC at 268 µs (nvlddmkm.sys)

Interrupt to porcess latency sometimes spikes, and after about half a minute that makes it change it from "Your system is suitable for total awesomeness" (or something like that) to "Your system seems to have difficulty handling real-time audio, etc."

I have not disabled any power saving options though.

Very rarely I get UI lag in the sense that it seems that key clicks are only processed after a certain amount of time and with a different order than they came in. But only in games where everyone (minus perhaps the AMD users  ) is complaining about it.

What kind of lag are we talking about?

Have you tried Ecomanager or UI lagfix mod in vault? The latter is a sim side mod just to force everyone to get rid of their lag in game.

The above mods have a fix that at least for me reduces the lag alot, I have the game installed on a platter hard disk on purpose to simulate old hardware.

EDIT:
Oh, we're talking about mouse cursor lag.

What motherboard / CPU do you have?

I have played with all those mods, they don't make much difference.
I have an asusz97WS with a 4790k.
Clean windows 7 reinstall, with the latest drivers from intel.
Also latest drivers from nvidia.

Disabling a bunch of the power saving options in the bios(also updated to the max) helps to reduce the dpc numbers.

At this point I was just hoping to see someone's data using this program http://www.resplendence.com/latencymon.

I want to see how far away it is from normal(definited by someone who doesn't have a lagging cursor/ui)

I play with cheapo logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and don't see any problem. But maybe it's because I don't play fast enough to notice :p

Now I have a USB mouse and KB. Well I can assure you the lag is not much difference. If there's any difference it's really insignificant.

I even tried to force a faster bus clock on the USB. Well did nothing as well.

Would be curious to see what people who have no ui lag have for the ISR/DCP rates for their drivers such as
USBPORT.sys and
dxgkrnl.sys
or others.
USBPORT.sys is very sensitive to mouse acceleration and the dpi of the mouse. When the values run high, the cpu gets bogged down and the mouse sensitivity begins to scale with how hard the cpu is working. This also brings interesting effects such as pressing keyboard buttons affects the sensitivity of the mouse cursor.

Any information I can get from other Supcom FA players will be greatly appreciated. After a clean win 7 reinstall I wonder if I need to get a new mobo.
