People only point out its limits and what could be improved + they digress about what could be ideal / more precise etc. It's all constructive feedback in most of the threads.

Getting from those threads to the idea of removing rating is something completely irrationnal... Removal is the complete opposite of improvement.

Flawed system is better than no system at all pretty much everyone will agree on that one.

I feel like everytime someone makes a suggestion or begins to think something could be improved Ze_Pilot take it as a personnal critique about his work being crappy or something... When it's the total opposite, it is very good but we reached the point where we all see tons of stuff that could be improved. Some would even say the time has come with a mature community. I just don't get it but i suppose i dont have the whole picture...

[SARCASTIC]My suggestion would be to completely forbid any suggestion/improvement thread since every time one is open we risk to lose a feature of FAF.[/SARCASTIC]

I heard that a couple of bans took place and that the rating system was going to be removed.

For one, I do complain about it, but it's only natural to want to see "improvement" in these things; however, a standard of measure is better than no standard. It also keeps the competition going.

Thank you
