It works by installing a small process which will periodically poll your replay folder. When a new replay is detected, it is automatically uploaded to http://fa-ladder.com, optionally with a user prompt to comment before doing so.

Unzip it to the location of your choice, double click "Installer.exe" and OK the UAC prompt. Your replays will now be automatically uploaded to http://fa-ladder.com/index.php?link=41&skin=1 after each game you play on FAF.
