Please search the forum before opening new threads... there are at least 4 threads on this topic already that I know of including a full thread on benchmarking CPUs using FA specifically.

As long as every is on the level of 2500K and faster you can play pretty amazing 8 player games while staying at +0.

Did you ever check the passmark list? http://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html

I have to scroll down pretty far on my 30" screen to see the first AMD on that list... and it's significantly slower than "the" gamer CPU of 2011: the 2500K

The newer ones with more cache and higher clock do pretty well I assume. The i3 4330 for example.

Not the mobile ones, not the Low voltage ones, not the older ones. Besides that; fine.

There is no CPU which will not drop below 0 in a large 8 player game. It doesn't yet exist. I know that my old Phenom II tricore budget CPU still runs the game such that it will still play a Setons and not be the first to dip. It will dip, but I guess others run even slower CPUs...
