The sat and Yolo issue is crystal clear: a game ender rendered useless by smthg indestructible which is also way cheaper and faster to build.
Personally, yes, I think the Czar beam killing ASF is bad and should be removed entirely. And to all those "good micro" yadda yadda guys: the beam is meant to attack GROUND units. The Czar has another set of weapons which serve as aa. Losing dozens of ASF when passing a Czar is major BS imho.

If that is cheating, ground attacking the CZAR to suck in ASFs is cheating too. Although that is said to be 'good micro'.

How do you position a satellite directly over a nuke?
Does it work for normal nuke launchers?

If you set it to 'Do Not Fire' you can just give it a move command above the launcher. I haven't tested it, but I don't know if there's a difference in trajectory height (Exp nuke and normal nuke). If it flies as high as the satellite it will work.

well, it wasn't over my base, i dodged the czar crash and i didn't lose any mass while they wasted mass on nuke, so i'd say you shouldn't assume.
Don't tell me what to do.

Is that really such an improvement? Your base still gets partially killed by the nuke and even if it doesn't, the CZAR crashes down on you. The wreckage is nice, because that stays there, but you still lose a chunk of your base.

The CZAR won't make you lose reclaim on most buildings, while a nuke will. Also the damage radius on a nuke is larger.

I don't use air for this, but I do use air to defend against T3 arty. Get ten-fifteen air factories making ints on patrol above your critical targets. If it's Aeon T3 arty, they'll almost never make it to your shields, they just blow up a bunch of ints with each shot.

The best thing is to intercept nukes above the enemy launcher. You lose some air, but the other guy loses a base. Only when he's Seraphim the launcher survives (something a lot of people don't seem to know). A Seraphim nuke never damages it's own launcher.

Gyle has a replay when the nuke hits a t2 transporter on its way down saving the targeted base.
