Maybe force lobby to start in windowed mode and then switch to the preferred resolution at startup?

This way it's easier for people to hear when people join games and maybe play a notification when people are readying up and you're not.

Another benefit is that the windowed mode seems to get higher priority in background and helps with the connections, at least it seems that way for me
