Hi all,

Excuse me if this is maybe a noobish question. But this is something I've been wondering for a while.

When a fellow player has a power excess and you have too little, his power will overflow to you. Filling your energy storage and keeping it full too.
However, I am not aware that that is happening. When suddenly the power influx stops, my full economy grinds to a halt because i didn't anticipate it and didn't build my own power.

I know decent players will probably be aware of this, and it shows I'm not good etc etc, but i wanted to know if there is somewhere i can see that the power I have is not my own? So that I can build an extra power plant already?

Thanks for any tips.

You should have game plans where you know what power is required to meet the needs of whatever you're making or have built. Maybe figure out how to get the resource generator acu upgrade early as that gives you a lot of power.

The advantage i see is you can see with this mod how much energy you need to reach full built power back so you can estimate really good how much is needed. It is not exactly what has been asked for in this thread but it helps the same way maybe even better. for watching ally status i can only advise as it was mentioned before to make a small storage template and give them to the people.

If you need energy however... that's a lot worse. With empty E storage and more spending than income, your mexes will bring in less mass.

Build a e-store and a m-store for each ally and donate them.
Anytime you need to approx. their energy/mass you can look at the donated building (they change based of % of engery/mass).

Not the most useful, and it takes a lot of time... but it's the best option.

I really wish it was common to say how your eco is going or what would help. All to often I'll energy/mass stall and not say anything cause I don't wanna feel like a nub for desperately needing a mass boost. Instead I'll just ride out for like, 20 mins where I can't do anything as I'm SOL with mass. XD
(I now have an eco mod that prevents such prolonged stallage by showing you what is using your resources. So this doesn't happen now, but still.)

And I know I'm not the only person that does this stupid thing. Just ask for some help! Allies help! (They will always prefer a better shot at winning to you just twiddling your thumbs.)
