It's just a coincidence that my front line factories have an attack move order for their spam. And that spam occasionally has some engies in it.

On a serious note, the bloody order doesn't work half the time anyway. It's fun watching streams of engies just run into t1 pd while your desperate for mass.

That's why I've moved to the patrol order.

only happens to me when i use cheating attack move from factory

If you ground assist and there is nothing to assist, I wouldn't call that 'idle' worthy.

But I do notice some attack moves the engies get to their end place and just chill without being idle -which isn't cool.

Edit: collision only stops for units that have same command (as far as i know) (for sure with engyes, not sure about tanks and others)
so your acu will avoid collision with units when you use formation move or assist ground to acu and thouse units

so you can't really control what you doing and it is not game breacking thing, however replay does shows what happens when units avoid collision...
